Our Work

Every project tells a story. We've spent years bringing life back to forgotten industrial spaces and creating new structures that honor their gritty roots. Here's what we've been up to – each one's got its own character and challenges we worked through.

Distillery District Brewery Conversion
Heritage Restoration

Old Brewery Reimagined

Toronto, ON - 2023

Turned a century-old brewery in the Distillery District into a mixed-use space. Kept all the original brick, exposed those gorgeous steel beams, and added modern glass sections that don't fight with the old character.

Steel Frame Office Complex
Commercial Architecture

Liberty Village Tech Hub

Toronto, ON - 2024

A 60,000 sq ft office space that celebrates exposed steel structure. We went bold with the framework – it's not hidden behind drywall, it IS the design. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in tons of natural light, cutting down energy costs big time.

Loft Conversion Project
Residential Loft

Junction Triangle Lofts

Toronto, ON - 2023

Converted an old textile warehouse into 12 residential lofts. High ceilings, original wood columns, and we installed custom steel staircases that became the centerpiece of each unit. People love that industrial edge.

Heritage Facade Restoration
Heritage Restoration

Queen Street Facade Revival

Toronto, ON - 2022

This 1890s building was in rough shape. Worked closely with heritage folks to restore the original brick facade, replaced rusted ironwork with exact replicas, and upgraded the interior structure without losing that authentic Victorian industrial vibe.

Manufacturing Facility
Industrial Design

Port Lands Manufacturing Hub

Toronto, ON - 2024

Purpose-built facility for a local metal fabricator. All about function here – massive clear spans, heavy-duty steel framing, and efficient workflow design. Added solar panels on the roof because, you know, it just makes sense.

Urban Planning Project
Urban Planning

Underpass Park Phase 2

Toronto, ON - 2023

Transformed dead space under the Gardiner into a community gathering spot. Used weathered steel for the structures and designed modular pavilions that reference the area's industrial past. It's rough, it's real, and locals actually use it.

Steel Frame Residence
Residential

Leslieville Steel House

Toronto, ON - 2024

Private residence that plays with exposed steel framing as an art form. The owners wanted something different – we gave 'em industrial warmth with blackened steel beams, reclaimed wood, and walls of glass overlooking their backyard.

Historic Building Renovation
Heritage + Commercial

Ossington Strip Marketplace

Toronto, ON - 2022

Took an abandoned 1920s auto repair shop and turned it into a food hall. Kept the original garage doors (they actually work!), sandblasted everything back to raw materials, and designed vendor stalls using reclaimed industrial parts. Got a bit messy but worth it.

Steel Engineering Project
Steel Engineering

Exhibition Place Pavilion

Toronto, ON - 2023

Designed a temporary-turned-permanent exhibition structure using all steel components. The challenge was making it modular so sections can be reconfigured. Engineering nerds loved working on this one – those cantilevers are pretty sweet.

Restaurant Design
Commercial

King West Steakhouse

Toronto, ON - 2024

Restaurant fit-out with serious industrial vibes. Custom steel bar, exposed ductwork we actually painted (yeah, we did that), Edison bulbs everywhere, and concrete floors we polished ourselves. Client wanted gritty sophistication – nailed it.

Waterfront Development
Urban Planning

Port Lands Master Plan - Phase 1

Toronto, ON - 2024

Part of the massive Port Lands revitalization. We're handling the industrial heritage buildings along the waterfront – figuring out how to make 'em useful again while keeping that shipping port character. Still in progress, but it's shaping up nice. Lots of steel, lots of history, lots of potential.
